Our Successes
Love Thy Neighbor Ministry is the result of outreach by many people to minister in the Appalachia region of Southeastern Kentucky since 1982.
This ministry has sprung from a vision and desire to serve the people of Appalachia by helping them understand what Jesus meant in His teaching:
‘Love your neighbor as yourself’.
Over these years, there have been many home repairs, accessibility updates such as decks, ramps, or stairs for those with reduced physical ability, siding replacement, window and door replacement, and complete home build projects as well as programs that have helped 1000s of children.
We focus on the needy with additional efforts to provide home-energy financial assistance, children's Christmas presents, and children's "back-to-school" supplies.
At Love Thy Neighbor Ministry (LTNM), our mission is to provide support and resources to those of need in this Appalachian region.
We believe that everyone deserves compassion and assistance during difficult times and by sharing our blessings with those in need we respond to Jesus' teaching.
